Newcomer is an information referral source to all new residents. We help new residents be acquainted with our community and the businesses and services they will need. New residents fill out a questionnaire, and through this we are able to determine what their needs and interests are.

Each new resident, over 3,000 annually, receives a survey, a business directory of recommendations and an invitation to our meetings. One thousand annually receive a folder, which can include your company information and a directory with your name and phone listed in it. By participating, yours will be the first business to which the new family is introduced, increasing the possibility of developing a long-term customer, client or patient relationship. Having your company recommended to individuals who have not established their shopping habits or business loyalty is an opportunity your business cannot afford to miss.

As a sponsor, you will receive monthly information on the new residents, plus a statistical request sheet listing their specific interests. This detailed list can be used as an additional marketing tool.

The main question new residents always ask is: "What businesses or professionals can we trust and are reliable?" Newcomers would like to recommend you as we are recommended to them. Most of the new resident names we obtain are from area businesses that call, mail or fax us with new employees promoted to this area.
